Puer­to Rico By GPS will not share, sell, rent or oth­er­wise dis­close your per­son­al infor­ma­tion (first name, last name, e‑mail address) with­out your advance per­mis­sion, unless oth­er­wise ordered by a court of law. All per­son­al infor­ma­tion col­lect­ed is used sole­ly to con­tact you in regard to ser­vices and/or infor­ma­tion regard­ing Puer­to Rico By GPS.

For each vis­i­tor that signs up for our email list, we col­lect only the infor­ma­tion that is request­ed on the list signup form—first name, last name and an email address. There are no func­tions that obtain any infor­ma­tion from the appli­can­t’s computer.

We do not use cook­ies for any purpose.

We strive to main­tain appro­pri­ate secu­ri­ty mea­sures in our respec­tive phys­i­cal facil­i­ties to pro­tect against the loss, mis­use or alter­ation of infor­ma­tion that we have col­lect­ed from you for being part of our email list. How­ev­er, although we take rea­son­able mea­sures to secure our data, we can­not guar­an­tee that the mea­sures tak­en are or will remain impenetrable.
