Several blocks down from City Hall, on Calle San Francisco, on your left hand side, you will find the San Francisco Church, a small church built by the third order of Saint Francis in 1776.  The church is part of a larger complex that includes Plaza San Francisco, right in front of the chapel, and the old Franciscan Monastery that is presently the Carlos Albizu University.
